OUR VISION
We pride ourselves on our one-of-a-kind, concierge service. It is what sets us apart from other agencies. In fact, when founding Trip a Little Light Travel, we said we wanted to not just create a travel agency, but a travel company with a cause.
OUR STYLE
Part of our cause is you, our clients, and the travel education process. Another part is our dedication to nonprofits especially those encouraging travel! We tell you this to help you understand our mission, explain our process and services, and hopefully to help you understand and appreciate what we do, and why fees are a necessary part of our business structure.

You! Yes we love travel, but more importantly we love our clients. Our passion is providing concierge level service above and beyond anything our clients have ever experienced. Your wish is our command!
Our Process
Step 1
To start planning your magical adventure, schedule your complimentary, no obligation, 60-minute luxury travel or wedding consultation. After scheduling you will receive a pre-consultation questionnaire via email to fill out telling us all your wants and needs for your upcoming holiday. We ask that you fill it out in as much detail as possible as it will help your Luxury Leerie give you the most accurate information during your consultation.
Step 2
During your consultation, your Leerie will discuss the answers to your questionnaire, any questions you may have about our process and our agency, expectations, and so much more. Remember this is your luxury consultation, and we strive to give you the best concierge service possible. You are in control all the way!
Step 3
If you are ready to proceed after you consultation, you will be sent an email(s) with our client intake form, terms and conditions, our fee agreement, and fee collection authorization form. We know it sounds like a lot, but we are here to help you through the process and ensure you are happy, comfortable, and excited about your upcoming adventure.
Step 4
Now comes the fun part! After we have received all your documents, we will begin planning your personalized, one-of-a-kind, magical adventure. We will present you with several amazing options to choose from and you can tailor them with as much or as little pixie dust as you like!! The magic does not end when your holiday is booked. We are here for you from beginning to end. We send you reminders, tips and tricks, and even a special bon voyage gift! Throughout this time, we are never more than a phone call, text message, or email away! We will answer any questions, provide suggestions, add any magical extras you may have forgotten and much more!
Step 5
When you return, we want to hear all about it! We will check up on you; get your feedback; if you are comfortable with it, send you a link to provide a review; and we will see if there is anything we can do for you now or anytime in the future. We will always be here for you!!
Below you will find a list of our most common planning packages. On a rare occasion, your needs might be different and require a custom fee for service. If this is the case, we will discuss this during your complimentary consultation. For all our fees, they are due after your complimentary travel consultation-before we begin planning your adventure. Our fees are nonrefundable, but should you need to cancel your trip, we will allow the fee to be applied to your next holiday you plan as long as it is within 6 months of the cancelation.
